The only thing serious people claim about Steam wishlist s is that they are the best metric available to gauge minimal number of sales for games on Steam Nothing more We had dozens of case studies of knowing the number of wishlist and the number of actual sales and we see a common ratio That s all For example screenshots screenshot manager the ability to install games to a different hard drive additional options for the Steam overlay the Steam app for mobile phones and many more small changes to the client and steam community have all been implemented after people have asked for them on the forums I didn t mean worthwhile alone

If you want to see someone s wishlist you can only see it if it isn t private Not a publisher developer There seems to be a way to see it Steam wishlist number of users 02 04 Party Animals Wish 295 665 people 03 34 Battlefield 2042 Battlefield 2042 like 247 743 players 06 15 Dying Light 2 Dying Light 2 Steamed 235 525 people But if I open my actual wishlist Store Wishlist it s not there I have a bunch of other games on it but not this one I don t have a filter selected I have show all types I can t remove it and re add it because that can only be done from the wishlist and it s not there I have the issue in the Windows client as well as in the browser
You jest but that happens I have a friend on Steam who just randomly gifts me games from my wishlist non expensive non AAA mostly for no reason I feel guilty and try to gift them something back but they don t respond to messages and have their profile and wishlist hidden I legit don t know what to get them back I am not totally sure of how this game works but apparently if your team wins or comes in some sort of place random people will be chosen to have the games on their wishlist that has the most priority I do not remember the actual term given to them All the games on my wishlist at the top are like 99cent games

2 If you go to your profile and click on games on the right side the 4th tab over should be Wishlist 3 In the Steam Client if you hover over where it says Steam next to Library Community your profile name The second option from the bottom should be wishlist right above stats I don t like the new wishlist one bit I see many other having the same issues with it and I want to point out my main issue with this update I have a certain order in my wishlist that I feel is crucial because I m tracking a lot of games So for some reason I can only move a game on top of the list but nothing else
